Verify Your circa Account
Account verification is how we protect your money — without it, someone else could try to withdraw your balance. We ask for a government-issued photo ID (a US driver's license or passport works) and may request a document confirming your address, like a recent utility bill or a bank statement. Upload these through the verification screen in your account settings. Most submissions
are reviewed within one business day. Completing verification early means there's no delay the first time you withdraw, and it keeps your account secure against unauthorized access.
- Open account settings — Navigate to the Verification section inside your circa account — it's listed under your profile menu.
- Upload a government-issued photo ID — A US driver's license or passport is accepted. Photos must be clear, with all four corners visible.
- Confirm your address if requested — A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document showing your name and address will satisfy this step.
- Wait for the review — We review submissions within one business day. You'll receive an account notification once your status is confirmed.
